The cookies we use
We only use strictly necessary cookies — cookies that are essential for the website to function. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookies.

Both cookies are httpOnly (not accessible to JavaScript on the page) and are set with SameSite=Lax, which protects against cross-site request forgery.
Local storage
We use your browser’s localStorageto temporarily save your checkout form progress (name, email, phone model, date of birth, address) so that refreshing the page does not clear what you’ve typed. This data is stored entirely on your device and is not sent to our servers unless you submit the form. It is cleared automatically when you complete or abandon your checkout session.
No tracking or analytics
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking service. We do not profile you, build advertising audiences, or share your browsing behaviour with any external parties.
Do you need to consent?
Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent. Because we only use strictly necessary cookies and localStorage for session purposes, we do not display a cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
How to manage or delete cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Please note that blocking our session cookie will mean you cannot stay logged in to your account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy if we change how we use cookies. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date.
